MEET THE STAFF

KIM Hedges, Executive Director

Kim joined TCC as the Program Manager in July 2014 and assumed the role of Executive Director in July of 2020. She was born and raised in Mt. Pleasant and has two children. Her daughter and son-in-law, Lauren and Dalton live in Mt. Pleasant and her son and daughter-in-law, Cameron and Raime, reside in DFW.  Kim is a graduate of Texas A&M Texarkana. She is a member of Trinity Baptist Church. She is also a Board Member for Communities in Schools. She is so thankful and excited that God chose to place her at TCC, where she will have the opportunity to serve this community.

Melissa Moulton, marketing/development Director

Melissa joined TCC in September 2020 as the Marketing & Development Director. She grew up in Mt. Pleasant before moving to the neighboring town of Gilmer. Melissa is a mother of three children, Jeremiah, Kinsley, and Aubree. She is a graduate of Dallas Baptist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration at UT Tyler. Melissa is a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Mt. Pleasant and serves on the leadership team for Celebrate Recovery. She looks forward to using her talents and skills to help TCC further its reach and impact in Titus County.

mireya ortiz, OFFICE coordinator

Mireya joined TCC in January 2018. She has lived in Mt. Pleasant for over 20 years and graduated from MPHS in 2007.  She has a son named Elijah who attends Mt. Pleasant Junior High. She loves spending time with her family and enjoys helping others. She is very thankful and blessed that God chose the path of working at TCC for her, allowing her to serve and help the community.
